What makes Due Forni different is that we create authentic Neapolitan and Roman style pizza. Love a crust that is more like a cracker? Then Roman is what you are after. For those that want a more soft, yet hearty crust, go with the Neapolitan.
While that may seem simple enough, there are only a handful of restaurants in the United States that are doing pizza like this. In addition, Due Forni is the only restaurant in the country using two specially designed Napolitano brick ovens to create these amazing pizzas.
When you combine our special ovens with Executive Chef Carlos Buscaglia’s pizza recipes and authentic imported ingredients from Italy, such as buffalo milk mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes from the hills surrounding Mount Vesuvius, you’ll quickly taste (and see) the difference. If pizza’s not your thing, don’t worry. Due Forni also features an abundant selection of tempting hot and cold appetizers, charcuterie, cheeses, salads, and entrées.
Beyond the food, why should you visit Due Forni? For starters, if you love wine, we’ll be your new second home. Due Forni features an array of Enomatic® wine dispensers, which allows us to pour over 40-plus outstanding, limited production wines that are offered by the glass. From 10 - 20 year old Barolos to up-and-coming vintners from hot spots around the globe, Due Forni’s wine list is approachable and will allow you to discover something new.
While a great glass of wine is nice, fun music and a cool place to enjoy it in will help round out your experience. Designed with an open kitchen overlooking the main dining room, Due Forni also features an intimate bar area as well as an inviting patio that can be used year round, yet is designed to open up when the weather permits. Warm earth tones, combined with splashes of orange accents, round out the casually sophisticated vibe.
Whether you are out with your family or looking for a casually chic place for date-night, Due Forni has you covered. We promise you won’t look at pizza the same way again.
